Draft Corrective Measures Proposal

A large set of documents was received in January, 2007 describes the proposed remedy for Draft Corrective Measures Proposal at the site on 1550 East Kimberly Avenue in Fullerton, formerly occupied by Johnson Controls Battery Group, Inc. This proposal as prepared by Entact Environmental Services for Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan, LLP. After remediation of the site, Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group plans to redvelop the site.
