- The minutes of the October 24 meeting contain a record of the discussion regarding the mixed-use development with 363 student-oriented residential unites at 2545-2565 E. Chapman Ave that may be part of the conceptual Education District or Gateway.
- The approval of Phase 1 of the rehabilitation of the Fox Theatre will be considered when the Planning Commission puts on its Landmarks Commission hats. Staff recommends approval of the project subject to some findings and recommendations.
