Important FCC Announcement

Although I usually do not post messages regarding federal issues, the following announcement is important enough to be addressed in this blog.

On February 17, 2009 federal law requires that all full-power television broadcast stations stop broadcasting in analog format and broadcast only in digital format.

The Federal Communications Commission's Consumer & Governmental Affairs Bureau is offering these informative factsheets:
