Restaurant Overlay District

On the agenda of the Redevelopment Design Review Committee for the meeting on Thursday, September 27, 2007 is this item:

A request for a development project to remodel an existing approximately 6,000 square foot commercial building to create restaurant tenant spaces with six on-site parking spaces; and a development project to construct patios for outdoor dining on private property on property in the Restaurant Overlay District at 133 West Chapman Avenue.

Here's another chance for the public to make its voice heard regarding the future General Plan of our city:

The General Plan Advisory Committee meets on September 10, 2007 at 7:00 P.M. in the Mural Room of the Police Department (corner Commonwealth and Highland). Persons addressing this committe shall be limited to ten minutes unless an extensino of time is granted by the Chairman.
